My Local Authority client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Target Operating Model Consultant on a Contract basis. This will play a central role in defining the Council''s future, organisation-wide Target Operating Model and mobilising the transformation portfolio required to deliver it Local Authority experience is essential.
