Perform basic personal care tasks as outlined in the service user''s care plan, including assisting with bed care, total body washing, toileting, dressing and feeding, in a sensitive and culturally appropriate manner.Alert the Care Coordinator or Field Supervisor of any changes in the service user''s condition or circumstances.Create and maintain good communication with service users, including those who may have some degree of communication difficulties.Work across various shift patterns.Qualifications / Ideal candidate
