We are working hard to give early years professionals the respect and recognition they deserve and your skill set and experience could be the perfect match for a career with us.This is an apprenticeship position where you will undertake a mix of coursework and hands on learning.If you are: a Childminder, Teaching Assistant, Nanny, Residential Childcare Worker, SEND Support Workers, Foster Carer, School Club co-ordinators, Teacher, Play Worker, Youth Worker, or have worked in a similar sector, we welcome your application.Our Offer:Bonus rate of pay for your experience- £7.55 per hour plus a £2.45 per hour bonusFast track to gain a full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education.Hands on experiential learning in our carefully curated, friendly environments.Opportunity to train towards leadership positions upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.Essential Criteria:A minimum of 1 year experience in the education/ Early Years or Childcare Sector. (Will require reference or supporting evidence).Must hold a minimum level 2 qualification relating to Children.May hold a level 2 or above of a qualification that is not recognised as full and relevant in by the DFE in the Early Years Sector.Please note the discretionary bonus per hour is only issued if you are on track your learning and verified by your assessor.Seniority level
