• Permanent Site Manager role for successful main contractor initially to work on an assisted living residential conversion.-
• My client, established for almost twenty years, Specialising-in refurbishments and fit out works for education, residential, healthcare, industrial and commercial projects.
• Works and projects in the -200k - -2m region
• Privately owned regional main contractor - friendly, team focused company
• Preferably from a trades background who has commitment and drive.
• Work located traditionally in North and West London and North Home Counties regions, may require occasional travel to other sites-
• Stability/longevity in employment history with previous employers (i.e. preferably not a work history of short term temp positions) as seeking long term commitment
• Very busy pipeline of work and projects
