Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across multiple sites

Deliver high-quality work across a mix of electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines

Diagnose and resolve breakdowns efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures

Work independently and as part of a team to deliver top-class FM services

Skills and Experience Required

Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Proven experience working in a multi-skilled engineer role within facilities management

Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and repair skills

Full UK driving licence

Excellent communication and customer service skills
