Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (preferably electrical biased) looking to join a fmcg manufacturing business in Northamptonshire who put their staff first and training and developing Engineers is at the forefront of their mind at all times. This team is led by an Engineering Manager who is making some exciting changes, giving his Lead Engineers some more ownership in CI activities which is allowing room for growth at all levels. As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will have worked within FMCG, manufacturing previously and be able to bring drive and passion to this business.

Working on 10 hours 2 & 3''s, they are paying a salary of c-51K + a strong pension + other benefits + bonus

Role Duties:

To ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment and systems across the whole site through both planned and reactive maintenance
This roles aim is to minimise downtime and eliminate quality issues, supporting continuous production and adherence to quality standards
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and automation issues promptly
Identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and to reduce waste
Support and coach more junior employees

Suitable Candidate:

Apprentice trained Maintenance Engineer
Must have experience of working within either a food manufacturing or FMCG business previously
Must be multi skilled - either bias but must be able to comfortably be able to repair both electrical and mechanical faults.
