They are standing up a new Salesforce platform and this role comes in at the onset, so there is real scope to shape architecture, standards and direction rather than inherit them. Large estate, serious engineering culture, and a Salesforce community already spanning multiple product domains. THE ROLE Hands on senior role owning technical design and delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem, spanning Sales, Service, Communications, Experience and Marketing Clouds. The core challenge is Comms Cloud at telco scale. Product catalogue, quoting, contract lifecycle and order management all have to work together across a complex product set, and they have to perform.
