Job Title: Accounts/Admin Assistant
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: £27,300 - £29,250 DOE
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 5:00, Friday 8:30 - 2:30 (30 minute lunch)
Contract Type: Full Time, Perm

Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is looking for a Accounts/Admin Assistant to join their team.
As a Accounts/Admin Assistant your duties will include:
- Coordinate deliveries and shipments in collaboration with internal departments and external logistics partners.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain accurate shipping documents and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Process purchase orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up with suppliers as needed
- Receive and book in incoming goods, verifying quantities and inspecting for damages or discrepancies
An ideal candidate for the Accounts/Admin Assistant role will have:
- Experience with data input
- Dispatch knowledge
