You will develop and implement care plans that address the needs and risks of individuals, promoting their independence and quality of life. Acting as Safeguarding Duty Officer on a rota basis, you will respond to urgent safeguarding concerns. You will collaborate with health professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated support for service users.
