We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Interaction Designer to work a 12-month contract for our client on a 60% on-site hybrid basis out of either Leeds or Manchester. As a Senior Interaction Designer you''ll: Demonstrate best practice in user centred design, for digital and non-digital interactions Work effectively across multidisciplinary teams, adapting quickly to change Accessibility and inclusion, considering the impact of new technologies Collaborate with designers in other teams, give constructive feedback on other''s work and contribute to developing design patterns Use research and analytics to understand user needs and identify opportunities Create prototypes using appropriate tools and methodologies, advising others on prototyping best practice Lead and coordinate design work, supporting other designers where necessary Actively support our client''s design community Requirements Work out the best way to let users interact with services, in terms of both overall flow and at the level of individual design elements. Work with minimal support and can influence others. Work with service managers and programme directors to develop design concepts. Be able to help set direction and embed good practice within teams, making important decisions based on research and understand how this research impacts others.
