We''re pleased to be recruiting multiple Customer Service Associates, on temporary three-month contracts to support our client with a short-term project. These positions are based in North Cambridge and are fully office based, working Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm.You will handle client contact across telephone, email, and written communication, ensuring that all messaging is delivered clearly and consistently.This role requires attention to detail, strong communication control, and the ability to remain calm and structured under pressure.
