Production Operatives (Nights) required in Tewkesbury, working within a factory environment. Monday to Friday permanent night shift (22:00 – 06:00) offering £15.89 per hour.

This role offers an immediate start with a genuine permanent opportunity and full on-the-job training. Please note: initial training will be completed on rotating day and mid shifts before moving onto full-time nights.

The Role
Working as a Production Operative, you will be working within a busy factory environment supporting a range of production processes. The role will involve operating automated lines and advanced machinery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on an automated/automotive production line
• Operating and assisting with high-tech equipment, including CNC machines and laser imaging machinery
• Running and monitoring production lines to ensure smooth operation
• Handling components and materials within a factory environment
• Working safely around chemicals, following strict health & safety procedures
• Carrying out quality checks and addressing basic production issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential
• A good working attitude with a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong understanding of health & safety
• Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure
• Comfortable working around machinery and chemicals

Shift Pattern & Pay

• Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 – £15.89 per hour
• Training: Weekly rotating day and mid shifts during training period;
  Day Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 – £12.71 per hour
  Mid Shift: 14:00 – 22:30 – £15.26 per hour
• Overtime: Paid at 1.25x after 40 hours worked
