Capable of working with a range of manual and automated machinery and equipment. This role involves a variety of tasks including machine set-ups, leading teams, and assisting in the training of new staff. The position requires physical stamina, as it involves standing for extended periods, and the ability to work across different shifts. The role also includes contributing to various cross-functional tasks within the business as needed. When not covering supervisors, the individual will perform operational duties.
