Our fast-track Care Assistant programme is now open to new applicants who demonstrate our Values, are motivated to learn how to deliver outstanding care.Responsibilities
Deliver high standards of care to vulnerable patients.Assist residents with personal needs while promoting independence, dignity and respect.Ensure documentation is completed in a timely fashion, reflecting the care delivered and escalate concerns regarding a patient’s health and wellbeing to the nurse in charge at the earliest possible opportunity.Be friendly, kind and compassionate towards patients, relatives, visitors, and colleagues, respecting the dignity and individuality of each patient.About You
To be successful, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Experience is preferred but not required; we offer a thorough induction and training programme, after which you will work towards your Care Certificate qualification to gain confidence in your role.Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingDemonstrate initiative and be respectful towards patients and other people in the homeBe an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team membersBe adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short noticeAbout Fairlie Healthcare Group
