Account Manager
We are working with an expanding south Herefordshire based client seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager on a full-time, permanent basis to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a client focused and sales driven individual to manage and grow accounts whilst delivering outstanding customer service, with the support and guidance of an established and respected brand. What you can expect: Salary: £30''000 - £40,000, depending on experience Potential to earn an additional 10% annual bonus based on growth Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am 4:30pm, with some flexibility required for the needs of the business Office based in Hereford 25 days holiday plus bank holidays What you will be doing: Communicating with clients to ensure issues are resolved efficiently, whist ensuring senior management are kept up to date with wider concerns Negotiating contracts with existing and new clients to maintain and grow accounts, increase sales, and improve profit margins Manages and stays up to date with customer accounts, including routine visits, contacts and interactions including both face to face and remote Communication across the business to maintain and ensure ongoing improvement performance Supports internal departments, assisting to manage the stock and contracts requirements Monthly business analysis to identify any lapsed or down trading accounts•Awareness of sales targets, KPI s and company budget Monthly reporting of KPI s and sales figures Understanding ..... full job details .....
