SEN Student Support Worker - Classroom and Residential Immediate Start Full-time and Part time - Minimum of 3 working days per week Location: Westerham, Kent Pay: From £16.50 per hour via umbrella company Contract: Term time only. Fixed-term until the end of the academic year. We are recruiting caring and enthusiastic Student Support Workers to join a specialist SEN school in Kent, supporting children and young people with physical disabilities, complex medical needs and additional learning needs. We have opportunities available across both classroom and residential support. This is a rewarding opportunity for experienced Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants and Teaching Assistants who are passionate about helping young people develop their independence and reach their full potential. The Role You will provide personalised support to students, helping them with their learning, communication, personal care and daily routines. Your responsibilities may include: Providing 1:1 support in the classroom and helping students engage with learning activities. Supporting students with personal care, mobility and daily living needs. Assisting with mealtimes, activities and residential routines. Encouraging independence, confidence and social development. Supporting students with physical disabilities and complex medical needs. Working closely with teachers, healthcare professionals and other support staff to provide a safe and positive environment.
