A Top 100 and Legal 500 listed commercial law firm are looking to recruit a property litigation lawyer to their property litigation team in Manchester. This is a tremendous opportunity for a property litigation solicitor (ideally 3 - 5 PQE) to join one of the regions leading commercial firms that has a national presence.You will be working as part of a close knit team that shares work from across the UK but there will be an emphasis on high quality and complex work with a national client base and dealing with complex property litigation transactions. There is a clear team structure in place and you will be be working in a team of Associates, Senior Associates and Partners with the chance to progress your career.Responsibilities

Deal with a broad mix of landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, lease renewals, and property damage claims.Work as part of a team that shares work from across the UK and handles high quality, complex property litigation transactions.Collaborate with L500 listed Partners and gain exposure to highly complex work.Qualifications

Property litigation solicitor ideally 3 - 5 PQE.Willingness to develop within a respected team and manage a national client base.Benefits and Details
