Our client, a well-established property consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and driven Project Director to lead their Project Management team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in the residential and/or commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will bring their own client network and the ambition to grow a successful team while delivering high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and expand the Project Management team. Oversee and manage projects within the residential and commercial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Provide strategic input into business growth and team development. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. What We re Looking For: A proven track record in Project Management, ideally within a consultancy environment. Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects. A strong client network and the ability to generate new business. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent professional qualification (preferred but not essential).
