Stock Lending Middle Office and Settlements Operations Manager (will look at “Senior Analyst" and “Manager” levels, as well as strong global Equity and Fixed Income Settlements experience).Martis Search are proud to represent a City of London based global Investment Bank that is going through a huge and continued growth phase to hire a Stock Lending Middle Office and Settlements Operations Manager SME situated within their Prime Brokerage Middle Office (sitting on their Trading floor). This is a new and growing Stock Lending Trading desk and an exciting opportunity.Responsibilities

Provide expert knowledge on securities lending.Manage margining and collateral processes, billings and settlements.Oversee corporate actions and static data.Support the stock lending operation trade life cycle, including collateral management, triparty, cash management and billings procedures.Collaborate with senior management on strategic projects.Perform front-to-back trade life cycle responsibilities with a heavy focus on international settlements; adapt to a startup environment.Qualifications and requirements

Minimum of 3 years in Stock Lending Operations / Security Lending Operations (trade support and settlements, corporate actions, reconciliations, client services, static data, etc.).Genuinely willing to learn all parts of the job.Able to multi-task and contribute ideas after gaining familiarity with BAU tasks.Keen to learn the industry and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, rewarding environment.What the client offers
