You''ll work on a range of projects across sectors, including housing, education, and commercial, offering the chance to manage multiple schemes and contribute to improving design safety across the project lifecycle.This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations, design risk management, and construction methodologies to take ownership of Principal Designer duties while working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients of their statutory duties under CDM 2015Fulfil Principal Designer duties across a variety of live projectsCoordinate with designers to compile Design Risk Management schedulesLead HandS design reviews at all project stagesManage and collate pre-construction information, addressing any gapsPromote clear communication between duty holders around HandS coordinationPrepare Health and Safety Files upon project completionSupport internal designers and project managers with specialist CDM guidance Candidate RequirementsDegree (or equivalent) in a construction-related discipline3+ years of post-qualification experienceStrong working knowledge of CDM 2015 and associated best practicesMembership of a relevant body (e.g., APS, IOSH, or working towards)Experience ..... full job details .....
