This is a standalone role in a well established organisation seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the team and hit the ground running with managing ER cases end to end, advising line managers and key stakeholders in the business and updating policies and procedures.Client DetailsThis is a standalone role in a well established organisation seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the team and hit the ground running with managing ER cases end to end, advising line managers and key stakeholders in the business and updating policies and procedures.DescriptionManaging a wide range of employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, etc.)Providing clear, pragmatic and legally sound employment law advice to managersSupporting the delivery of a project focused on improving ER processes and HR best practiceCoaching and upskilling managers to handle people matters confidentlyEnsuring all HR activity is compliant, consistent, and aligned with company policiesProducing accurate documentation, reports, and case notesContributing to continuous improvement across the HR functionPlease note: this role is on site 5 days a week in Tonbridge.ProfileProven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial or engineering sector would be desirableCIPD level 5 qualifiedStrong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Extensive experience managing ..... full job details .....
