As a Senior Manufacturing Electrical Engineer at JLR Solihull, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Electrical quality and performance in our vehicles. You will be part of a new, dedicated Manufacturing Electrical Team, driving improvements and resolving issues impacting Electrical systems.You will be an integral part of a multi-skilled team who will be responsible for driving and improving Electrical RFT (Right First Time) across all current and future programmes. You will investigate and resolve electrical issues, monitor quality systems, follow problem solving methodologies, carry out data analysis and reporting of key issues.
