This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded individual who enjoys problem-solving, providing excellent customer service, and supporting a wide range of IT and business systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Business Support Officer, you will support the ICT team with a variety of day-to-day operational activities, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of ICT services across the organisation.Key duties will include:Providing first line ICT support to internal users.Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, system and user-related issues.Supporting the management and maintenance of business systems and applications.Assisting with data management, reporting and system administration tasks.Logging, tracking and updating support tickets to ensure timely resolution.Working closely with colleagues to achieve ICT service delivery objectives and implementation targets.Assisting with system upgrades, testing and new technology rollouts.Promoting best practices and helping users maximise the use of ICT systems.About YouThe successful candidate will have a strong interest in technology and a proactive approach to learning new systems and applications.
