Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist Location: HillingdonHours: 40 hours per week, term time plus 120 additional hours annually and staff training daysSalary: NJC Grade 10-11 (Scale Points 33-39) - £46,161.01 - £52,259.01 actual per annumContract: Permanent The Role We are recruiting a committed and forward-thinking Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join a supportive and collaborative therapy team within a specialist educational setting in Hillingdon. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions that promote communication, independence and functional life skills for children and young people with complex needs. Your caseload will include a range of presentations across speech, language, social communication, feeding and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Working closely with teachers and multidisciplinary colleagues, you will support the integration of therapy targets into daily learning, ensuring a consistent and holistic approach to student development.
