The role is based at their head office, which is ideal for candidates based within the Leicestershire, Leicester, Loughborough, and Nottingham area.

The successful candidate will oversee the finance function, managing daily operations, including the preparation of monthly management accounts, rolling forecasts, job costing analysis, and budget reviews. You will be responsible for payroll liaison, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, and fixed asset maintenance. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring the highest standards of financial accuracy. The role is well rounded and covers all aspects of finance and management accounting.

The client is looking for a proactive finance professional with at least a few years of experience, ideally either qualified by experience or currently working towards an ACCA/CIMA qualification. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail.

The position offers a salary range of £38,000 - £43,000, along with a good pension, structured progression opportunities, and the chance to play a key role in the business’s continued success.
