Your role will involve assisting high profile user community, daily contact with customers and stakeholders utilising the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling, trigae and escalation is critical to the role. Maintaining and supporting the backup and storage solution, to allow high availability of data in the event of loss or disaster recovery.
