This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a legal secretarial position and is looking for their next opportunity to excel in a supportive environment. Day-to-day of the role: Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance.Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to optimise fee earners'' time.Handling telephone calls and client queries professionally and confidentially.Maintaining accurate records and case management systems to support effective case handling.Assisting with billing and financial administration to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm, with Dispute Resolution experience being highly desirable.Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively.Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with case management systems.A professional, discreet, and client-focused approach, ensuring confidentiality and effective client service at all times.
