Service Advisor Vacancy - Slough, Berkshire We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Advisor to join their busy, well-established Main Car Dealership in Slough, Berkshire. Benefits: Up to £34,000 basic salary plus bonus, with up to £46,000 OTE potential Monday to Friday working pattern, 8am to 6pm only No weekends Main car dealership working environment Bonus scheme and structured progression within a productive team Kerridge DMS advantageous (training/support considered) Duties for the Service Advisor will include: Meet and greet customers in person Book customers in to the diary efficiently and accurately Process paperwork in line with brand guidelines Ensure the dealership maintains a professional image and consistent quality of service Support and contribute to monthly sales target performance Requirements: Previous automotive customer-facing or automotive customer service experience Experience as a Service Advisor is required (after-sales/customer service environment) Full UK driving licence Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Professional, customer focused approach with the ability to perform in a busy, pressurised environment Effective communicator with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Kerridge DMS advantageous Contact ..... full job details .....
