We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join growing international space organisation as part of their continued growth, supporting innovative space sensor and communications projects across Europe. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical interface with customers and subcontractors Lead the definition of engineering requirements and development of innovative system architectures Establish system budgets and performance metrics Manage cross-functional teams through design, integration, and test phases Develop and implement simulators, test beds, and FlatSats Diagnose issues and deliver fully verified flight hardware Experience: Proven commercial experience in spacecraft systems design, manufacturing, and testing Strong understanding of communications systems Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities Knowledge or hands-on experience with optics, optical sensors, or opto-mechanical assemblies Experience or familiarity with 5G technologies is a strong plus Bluestream Recruitment is an Equal Opportunities Employer and operates as an Employment Agency for permanent recruitment and an as an Employment Business for temporary / contract recruitment. ..... full job details .....
