You will work alongside a Nurse to ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered day and night. About the Role: This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting the client with both clinical and daily living needs. Duties include: Epilepsy management Catheter care PEG/Mikey Button feeding and medication administration Weight monitoring and nutrition support Community access and engagement in activities Supporting safe and meaningful day-to-day routines and overnight care You will work as part of a consistent team delivering either 4-hour, 12-hour, or 24-hour shifts, depending on the care plan.
