The role Job Title: Executive Chef Site: Westonbirt School, Tetbury, GL8 Working Days: 5 days out of 7- Mainly Monday to Friday with events some weekends, Usual shifts earliest start 6.30am, latest finish 7pm, events days finish up until 10pm Shifts and Working hours: 40 hours per week Working Weeks: 52 weeks per year Pay Details: £50,000 per year Benefits: Free meals onshift, uniform, pension and other great company benefits Duties Include: Managing the kitchen, food production and service points at this prestigious co educational Independent day amd boarding school This includes catering for 1000 at lunch durining the week plus breakfast, supper and weekend feeding for the onsite boarders (around 150 meals per sitting) The site has an onsite Nursery and prep school that are included with the site You will oversee a kitchen team of 10, (2 x Sous, 3 x CDP, 1 x Pastry, 2 x GA and 2 x KP) As the face of the food you will be responsible for making sure the food operation runs like clockwork Your remit is kitchen based and this includes; Stock ordering, hospitlaity menus, staff rotas and food presentation As part of the senior management team ..... full job details .....
