Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Widnes, Warrington
Type: Full time, Permanent
Monday to Friday - Earlies and Lates
Hours: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm rotating
Salary: -45,000 - -48,500 circa
Benefits: Company profit share scheme, 30 days holiday with days growing annually, overtime availability etc.
The Company:
My client, an established and growing aggregates manufacturer, is looking for a mechanical fitter to add to their growing team at their Warrington site. They operate across multiple sites across the UK where they value innovation and team work to help increase their always expanding market share. You will have a chance to work under self-autonomy and be involved in different projects, as well as working alongside very skilled and experienced engineers.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of machinery, contributing to projects and being involved in performing maintenance and reactive tasks.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the completion of reactive and planned maintenance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Performing reactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of machinery including pneumatic,hydraulic and automation systems
- Fault finding and diagnosis of PLC logic systems
- Basic general maintenance tasks
- Assisting on new projects
Requirements:
- 17th or 18th Edition Regulations
- Apprenticeship/Time Served
- PLC knowledge
- Manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of electrical equipment such as 3 phase motors, inverters etc.
