Global Data Management Lead (Business Partner) We need an experienced Global Data Management Lead to define, implement, and oversee data management capabilities and technologies across the global organisation. This role is responsible for developing and executing a global data management methodology, strategy, and processes that support master data management platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making and reporting. This is not an implementation role. Closest way to describe this role could be as a Data Management Business Partner. This means looking at data Lifecycle across the various businesses, understanding what the business users do in their areas and relaying that to the technical team, creating common standards in a pragmatic and realistic way to ensure that processes and principles are implemented in the same way by the technical team. You will ideally come from a strong consulting background. Key Responsibilities Serve as the deputy for the Global Head of Data Management and Data Governance when required. Sponsor and oversee the delivery of enterprise-wide data management projects, ensuring alignment with best practices. Lead and manage the organisation master data management program, including strategy development, governance, and global implementation. Define and implement data management processes, policies, standards, and best practices to drive consistency across the organisation.
