This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and improving machinery, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting site operations.You will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. You''ll work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive machine reliability and process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain ancillary equipment, conveyors, and injection moulding machines.Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and resolve issues efficiently.Develop and manage a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plan.Monitor equipment performance and maintain detailed maintenance records.Organise and manage engineering materials and spare parts to reduce downtime.Oversee general site maintenance and contractors.Ensure all work is carried out safely, using PPE and following Health and Safety standards.Conduct regular safety audits and maintain high standards of housekeeping.Experience and SkillsStrong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, preferably in injection moulding or manufacturing ..... full job details .....
