THE JOB ROLE The trainee Account Manager role is a home- and field-based role designed to be an entry to professional field sales. The role comes with full training and ongoing coaching and entails: Working alongside, and shadowing, a team of experienced BDMs a field based role with occasional overnight hotel stays away. Pure account management and development of existing trading accounts (distributors, trade stockists, merchants). Supporting B2B customer contacts and developing profitable working relationships. Providing feedback on customer performance and sales plan. Ensuring that any merchandising displays are presentable and professional.
