Planning and Development Lead (9 Months Fixed Term Contract- potential extension, Part or Full Time) The Role Farnborough International is seeking a Planning and Development Lead to support the ongoing development of our estate and ensure that planning considerations are successfully integrated across a range of projects and business activities. Reporting to the Head of Site Planning and Flight Operations, you will take ownership of all planning-related matters, leading planning applications from initial feasibility through to approval and the discharge of conditions. Working closely with internal stakeholders, local authorities and specialist consultants, you will provide expert planning advice on estate improvements, capital projects, temporary event infrastructure and longer-term development initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping the future development of the Farnborough International estate, helping to identify opportunities, manage risks and ensure compliance with planning legislation and regulatory requirements.
