Sales Administrator- Wythenshawe Up to -25,000 + company bonus

Working for a well-established worldwide manufacturer and distributor in Wythenshawe, our client is seeking a sales order processor to help with daily administrative tasks of the office.

Key duties will include:

• Taking orders via phone and email
• Taking debit/credit card payments
• Responding to queries, informing customers with the latest update
• Informing customers of no stock items and offering them alternatives
• Receiving calls from customers over the phone and via email, processing any administrative tasks
• Processing returns and re-issuing orders for faulty or damaged goods
• Undertaking all other administrative tasks required as part of the team

The ideal candidate will have order processing experience with a high level of customer service, good attention to detail and a very friendly and confident telephone manner and can work as part of a lively team as well as using your own initiative.
