Our client is scaling with a selection of newly created roles including a new Head of Lease and Asset Projects in their Strategic Asset Management Team. The role will lead a dynamic team in managing complex lease obligations, asset projects and compliance, disrepair intervention and statutory requirements for there non-freehold portfolio. If you re an experienced leader with a background in asset management, property compliance, and managing intricate lease and asset issues, this role offers an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact. The Role Reporting to the Assistant Director of Asset Operations, you ll lead a team responsible for lease management, latent defect resolution, disrepair intervention and the delivery of asset projects across the property portfolio. You will ensure compliance with statutory regulations, manage relationships with third-party freeholders and agents, and develop strategies that prioritise risk management and asset viability. By providing technical guidance on asset projects and implementing lease and landlord management strategies, you ll contribute to our client s broader Asset Management goals and enhance resident satisfaction.
