Are you a recent college leaver or currently working in retail or hospitality but eager to break into the commercial world? If you’re a keen learner with a positive attitude and a head for numbers, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a thriving, supportive company.

You’ll be joining a busy and well-established team who will invest time in your development, providing full training and ongoing support. If you're someone with great attention to detail, a confident phone manner, and solid MS Office skills (especially Excel), we’d love to hear from you.

The Role:

• Clearing and responding to emails in the credit control inbox
• Opening new client accounts on the system
• Raising invoices and credit notes
• Logging and managing customer queries
• Liaising with customers over the phone
• Supporting other internal teams with administration tasks

What We're Looking For:

• No office experience needed - attitude, reliability and eagerness to learn are key!
• Confident using MS Office, particularly Excel
• Comfortable working with numbers and large volumes of data
• Organised, quick to learn and methodical in your work
• A team player who can also work well independently
• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly phone manner
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a 'can-do’ approach

The Details:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Free on-site parking
• Full training provided
