Security and Location Requirements:Must be SC cleared, a UK national, and not hold dual nationality.Will need to attend Derby sites and potentially other remote locations based on project needs.Must be flexible to work outside standard hours.Build and Test:Build up to 1605 Windows 11 devices in line with the agreed deployment schedule.Current build facilities support throughput of approximately 250 devices per week.Perform Client-mandated testing procedures for all new builds, including patch updates and application installations.Conduct a pilot deployment to validate the supplier process and ensure the new device/build meets expected standards.Desktop Deployments:Physically prepare devices for shipment and load for transportation.Deploy up to 50 devices per day to identified users as per the schedule.Deployments will occur during working hours.Ensure each device functions correctly and obtain Client representative sign-off.Provide Early Life Support for one day following each deployment block.Collect legacy devices from desks and return them to the storage area for decommissioning/disposal.Laptop Deployments:Deploy up to 50 devices per day, based on 10-minute appointments and the agreed schedule.All laptops must follow defined Client security practices, including USB warning stickers, tamper-proof labels, Client-specified identifier stickers, and pre-boot PIN and BitLocker password changes (where applicable).Assist users with checklist completion and obtain user ..... full job details .....
