The Employee Relations Manager will work alongside senior leaders, contributing to all aspects of strategic, transformation and operational ER for the organisation The duties of the Employee Relations Manager include:Management and supporting a team of HR Business PartneringActing as an escalation point for high-risk and complex ER queries and employment tribunalsOverseeing the implementation of a new Mutually Agreed Resignation Scheme (MARS) scheme for the organisationLeading on complex employee relations matters, providing strategic and operational advice across the organisationOverseeing employment tribunal cases and ensure robust risk management and legal complianceProviding recommendations on service improvements and best practice across operational HR functionsContributing to the organisation''s wider workforce transformation programme.
