Account Management

– to assist Relationship Directors with new and existing customers, providing a consistently high level of service, day-to-day management and monitoring of accounts, completion of credit applications, creation of reports and drawdown of facilitiesIndustry Awareness

– develop a good working knowledge and understanding of the Property market in the UK, including what other real estate lenders are doingWorkflow management

– to manage and prioritise work commitments to meet team objectivesBrand Awareness

– using new and existing networks to actively promote the Leumi UK Property Finance brand through a variety of channels including attending in person industry related eventsRisk Management

– demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of Leumi UK’s credit policy with an ability to identify and manage risks appropriately for both new and existing loans in accordance with AML, operational, conduct, data protection, IT and other related policiesCommunication and Presentation

– to be able to interact with customers, colleagues and professionals using a multitude of communication and presentation methodsQualifications

The ideal candidates should have a university degree and/or other relevant professional qualifications or experience gained from time working in the real estate finance market or a previous role in commercial lending.
