The successful candidate will take responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of key civil engineering works, with a particular focus on Earthworks and Drainage packages. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major infrastructure project and play a key role in delivering works to programme, quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of Earthworks and Drainage operations.Coordination of subcontractors, plant, labour and materials.Ensuring works are delivered safely and in accordance with project requirements.Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to the Project Management Team.Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality standards.Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation.Liaising with engineers, supervisors, clients and stakeholders.Driving health, safety and environmental compliance across all activities.Supporting commercial and operational teams with progress and delivery updates.RequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.Strong background in Earthworks and Drainage works.Experience working on HS2 or other large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.Valid SMSTS.CSCS ..... full job details .....
