This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a range of additional needs to access the curriculum.Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning activities.Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential.Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.Assist with classroom management and general administrative tasks. About YouWe re looking for someone who is: Enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated to supporting young learners.Experienced working with children with SEND (preferred but not essential).Able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff.Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
