We are currently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants for an SEMH school in South-West London. This full-time role involves supporting students with social, emotional, mental health, and behavioural challenges, either individually or in small groups. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support for students with SEMH and related behavioural needs. Foster positive engagement, helping students meet their academic and personal goals. Encourage a positive learning experience in a safe and inclusive environment. Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students'' development across all areas. Key Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with behavioural and special educational needs. A background in supporting children and young people with diverse needs in educational or care settings. Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and effective learning strategies. A proactive, enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to making a meaningful impact on students'' lives. Strong relationship-building skills with students, staff, and families.
