A static Maintenance Electrician position is available in Marston Green, offering the opportunity to work permanently from one site rather than travelling between multiple locations.

You''ll join an established engineering team responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of a busy, high-specification site. The role is predominantly electrical, covering planned and reactive maintenance, but you''ll also be expected to assist with mechanical, building and general maintenance tasks when required.

This is a permanent position suited to an electrician who enjoys working as part of a site-based team and wants a varied maintenance workload without the demands of a mobile role.

The position will combine scheduled maintenance with day-to-day reactive work. You''ll be expected to manage your own workload while providing support to the wider engineering team where needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Attending reactive maintenance issues, diagnosing faults and completing repairs.
• Supporting other engineers with larger maintenance activities.
• Completing minor repair and maintenance works within required timescales.
• Assisting with mechanical and non-electrical maintenance when required.
• Keeping maintenance records and job information accurate and up to date.
• Making sure tools and equipment are available, safe and fit for use.
• Working alongside the client and site teams to maintain a high standard of service.
• Working in accordance with site procedures, health and safety requirements and agreed KPIs.
• Keeping the Mercury system updated with accurate information and live progress on outstanding jobs.

We''re looking for someone with a strong practical electrical maintenance background and recognised electrical qualifications.

You will need:

• City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 in Electrical Installation or NVQ Level 2/3.
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Previous experience in electrical maintenance.

Facilities management, commercial or building services experience would be advantageous.
