Individual Needs Assistant - Early YearsWe are currently seeking a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to support a pupil in the Early Years setting with their physical development, learning needs, and day-to-day care. You will play a vital role in promoting independence, supporting learning through play, and providing tailored assistance in line with the pupil''s individual plans.Key ResponsibilitiesCare and SupportAssist with personal care routines, including dressing and toileting.Provide physical support, ensuring safe moving and handling in line with health and safety guidance.Support mobility and encourage independence, including using specialist equipment when required.Learning SupportSupport learning through play and adapted activities designed by the teaching team.Implement educational healthcare plans and physiotherapy programmes in collaboration with external agencies.Provide tailored 1:1 or small-group support to help the pupil access learning effectively.Encourage active engagement in teacher-led activities.Communication and CollaborationCommunicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to share observations and ..... full job details .....
