Job Title: Bid WriterLocation: Essex Pay: 40,000 - 55,000Contract: Permanent About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Bid Writer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience preparing compelling bid and tender submissions.Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and wider operational teams, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, compliant, and persuasive bid responses that support the continued growth of the business. You will be joining a collaborative bid team consisting of:1 Bid Coordinator1 Full-Time Bid Writer1 Part-Time Junior Bid WriterReporting directly to the Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in managing and delivering submissions across a range of opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesWriting, editing, and submitting high-quality bids and tender responsesReviewing tender documentation and interpreting client requirementsProducing clear, compelling, and compliant written contentCollaborating with internal stakeholders to gather technical and operational informationManaging multiple deadlines and ensuring timely submissionsProofreading and quality-checking bid content before submissionMaintaining and updating bid libraries, templates, and supporting documentsSupporting continuous improvement of bid processes and documentationExperience and Skills RequiredEssentialMinimum 1 year''s experience in a Bid Writer role ORMinimum 3 ..... full job details .....
