If you have a passion for driving transformation and a knack for delivering complex projects, this is the perfect opportunity for you.As a Reference Data Product Owner Vice President within CAS Change team, you will spearhead the design and implementation of strategic reference data solutions across Securities Services. Our global team is dedicated to meeting the account and SSI reference data requirements of our Commercial and Investment Banking sectors. You will bring a proven track record of successfully delivering a range of complex projects, from small to large scale, utilizing the Agile methodology. This hybrid role combines the best of Project Management and Business Analysis, with a focus on leading and driving transformative initiatives in Account and Standing Settlement Instructions (SSI) reference data. Join us in shaping the future of reference data management and make a significant impact on our global operations.Job responsibilities:Owns the end-to-end delivery of projects, from inception through to production deployment.Builds and maintains strong working relationships with stakeholders, providing regular project status updates.Collaborates with other Product, Technology, Product Owners, and Operations partners to ensure coherent design solutions.Participates in agile ceremonies in partnership with the POD (Product Oriented Delivery) lead and Scrum Master (e.g., sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews, sprint planning, daily scrums).Provides regular project updates tailored to the target audience.Documents user stories and acceptance criteria for the feature team and effectively manages the product backlog, ensuring timely prioritization of user stories.Identifies problems, risks, and dependencies and deals with them according to Agile principles, ensuring project delivery adheres to data quality, risk, and control standards.Coordinates release plans, ensuring UAT is complete, training is delivered, sign-off is gathered, and release notes are documented.Is responsible and accountable for monitoring the success of deliverables and demonstrating the value of the work delivered.Becomes highly knowledgeable in the relevant business domains and develops SME knowledge.Seeks opportunities to drive process improvement.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:Bachelor''s degreeProven track record in product development/Change managementWorking knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, JIRA, LLM Suite, ConfluenceWorking knowledge of Agile methodologyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to identify root causes of problems and to evaluate information with sound judgement, attention to detail and accuracyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationshipsAble to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiencesApply strategic foresight while implementing change solutionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:Background in Financial ServicesExperience in reference data domainExposure to Project Management methodologiesSome exposure to testing functionality
