We provide care services to older vulnerable people who depend on our support to enable them to remain in their own homes as long as possible. Some need help with washing and dressing, some need help with meals and medication and some just need companionship. You will assist with everyday tasks which most people do naturally. Our service users love their carers and our carers know that their support is valued and appreciated.Main Work PatternWe offer a main work pattern which is based on a rolling shift pattern of 7 days per fortnight e.g.Week 1 Monday Thursday FridayWeek 2 Tuesday Wednesday Saturday SundayThe Workdays of week 1 and week 2 are non-negotiableShift patterns:Full Time 7am till 2pm and 4pm till 11pm (both shifts combined)Bank WorkWith bank work as long as you work 2 weekends a month any or 6 shifts a month you will stay on the bank register, you can work any shift, early, late or fulltime, you don’t need to just work the minimum hours, you can work as much as you like as long as there are shifts available. You will give your manager your availability for the coming 2 weeks and if the shifts are available then you will be put into the shifts. This is ideal for people who have kids or have other commitments and can’t commit to the standard shift pattern.Main Duties and Responsibilities
